Product Description

Picking a suitable actuator is more complicated than you think.

For example, have you even consider the surface roughness of piston rod matters?
We have to control the rod roughness that is not only for a smooth touch but could decrease the wear of seal rings
which means it comes with longer-period waterproof protection. As you know water or moisture is a ruthless killer for any
electric product once it creeps in. One unit of actuator is composed of hundreds of parts and any slight
change could bring 'butterfly effect'.

How to install the linear actuator:

1.Prepare to connect the two wires of the actuator to a 12 volt battery.

2.Red wire to the positive terminal and Black wire to negative terminal will make the actuator extend. To make it retract, just reverse the terminal connections.

3.To simplify the last step, you can prepare a reverse polarity relay or switch (not included) for the actuator. When you want the actuator to extend and retract, just press the switch.

4.Your linear actuator will hold its position when the power is off. It will automatically stop when reaches the end.

5.The linear actuator has pre-installed inner limit switch, it cannot be adjustable.
 

How to protect your linear actuator:

1.Please use the right DC power adapter.

2.The actual load does not exceed the rated load.

3.All the linear actuators have duty cycle, they are unable to work all the time without stop.
