Some of our tests

Static push and pull tests of basic actuators with 300, 800 and 1000 mm strokes.

Dynamic push/pull tests of the actuator.

Self locking tests at dynamic and static load.

Lifetime tests performed at combined loads in push and pull situations.

Actuators are tested with 12000N load, at temperatures of plus 5 °C and plus 40°C.

Actuators are tested with 12,000N load, at temperatures of minus 40 °C and plus 70°C.

Actuators with loads of 0N, 8,000N and 12,000N are tested at minus 40°C, plus 30°C and 70°C.

Actuators are tested for water ingress according to IP X6, without movement.

Actuators are tested for dust sealing properties according to IP 6X.

Actuators are tested for corrosion resistance at 500 hours salt spray test.
